NEW JERSEY COLLABORATIVE DIVORCE ALLIANCE
Caryl Leightman co-founded and serves
as the first president of this group which was established to promote the collaborative practice and educate the public as
to the advantages of collaborative divorce. The group members are independent professionals who have been trained in
collaborative law and truly believe in the same collaborative process, thus ensuring that you and your spouse can each be
represented by an independent advocate from this network of professionals and avoid any conflicts of interest.

group which serves members, influences the collaborative community, and benefits the public. It is committed to fostering
collaborative practice throughout the world and to protecting the essential guidelines of the collaborative practice.
